History:

Pro Admin (Pty) Ltd started out as the result of a fusion of the sectional interests of Rentagent (Pty) Ltd and Deeladmin (Pty) Ltd in 1989. The amalgamation of years of experience and skill from both companies has meant that the larger company is able to provide Specialised Services with regard to property administration.

Managing Director: Dr Gerhard Johannes Jooste – was born in 1956 and matriculated at Menlo Park High School in 1974. He attained a BA degree in 1979, BD in 1982 and a Doctorate in 1997 at the University of Pretoria He studied in Heidelberg and Berlin in Germany during 1985/6 and again during 1989/90. During 1988 he lectured at the University of Zululand.

Dr Jooste joined Pro Admin in October 1990 as a Sectional Title Manager and became Managing Director in 1996. He has published a number of articles not only in his field of study but more recently also on aspects of Sectional Title Management.

In 1997 he was a founder member of the Sectional Title Forum of Pretoria and was elected as the first Chairman of the Forum. He served as a Director of the Institute of Estate Agents – North Region for several years. He was also involved in the formation of the National Association of Managing Agents and is presently chairman of NAMA.
